Orders, Ship and Pay
Sample of this smart watch is 1-3 working days, normal order is 3-7 days,mass production is 7-20 days, it depends on models and quantity.
For samples we usually ship by Express so you can receive the goods soonest. For bulk orders we can ship by sea or air cargo. If you have your own forwarder, we can work with them to ship your order.
We charge 30% deposit, and pay off before shipment. For in stock products no need deposit.
No, Starmax is a manufacturer; we only sell to business clients, brand owners, and bulk buyers.
